Product Summary

The TEA1064AT is a bipolar integrated circuit that performs all the speech and line interface functions required in fully electronic telephone sets. The TEA1064AT performs electronic switching between dialling and speech and has a powerful DC supply for peripheral circuits. The TEA1064AT operates at line voltages down to 1.8 V DC (with reduced performance) to facilitate the use of more telephone sets connected in parallel.

Parametrics

TEA1064AT absolute maximum ratings: (1) Positive line voltage continuous VLN: 12V; (2) Repetitive line voltage during switch-on line interruption VLN: 13.2V; (3) Repetitive peak line voltage one 1ms pulse per 5s, R9=20Ω, R10=13Ω, VLN: 28V; (4) Line current TEA1064AT, R9=20Ω, ILN: 140mA; (5) Storage temperature range Tstg: -40 to +125°C; (6) Operating ambient temperature range Tamb: -25°C to +75°C; (7) Junction temperature: +125°C.
